Evolving Paradigms: From residency to practice

Align Technology invites faculty members, professors and residents to a Panel Discussion, where expert speakers will narrate their own experience of converting to Invisalign System from traditional appliances and their educational journey for this transition. We will share current difficulties and challenges of aligners education in the academic environment and to demonstrate how the educational pathway can be optimized for maximum efficiency in clinical experience of residents.

We will pose questions to all panellists who will provide their views on optimizing educational procedures during residency, the importance of research in the university environment and discuss how future Orthodontists can leverage from knowledge acquired during the residency program in their practices.
